Pumpkin Fudge

Mix 2/3 cup evaporated milk with 2 1/2 cups sugar.
bring to a boil, stir occasionally.

 Add 2/3 cup pumpkin, 1 tsp cinnamon.
bring to a boil again, stir occasionally.

Add 7oz marshmallow creme, 2 tbsp butter. Bring to a rolling boil.

 Boil for 18 minutes stir occasionally. Remove from heat.

Add 1 cup white chocolate chips and 1 tsp. vanilla.

Pour into a foil lined 9x9 pan. cool, cut and eat.
PS. no candy thermometer needed, this comes out amazing!

Montessori Moms (and Dads)

Hope everyone has enjoyed the weather over the last few days! I have spent time getting garden supplies together, and preparing for indoor planting this week. If you would like to donate seed packets please send them in with your child. We will cultivate indoors, and transfer the plants outdoors when the time is just right.
